Dialing In MEGA CROP for Auto's

Would this schedule be appropriate for dwc?

Yeah I use it in soil and coco and others on the site use it in hydro. I read my plants tho and if they're lacking nutes I'll up my feed and if they get nute burn in the tips I back off a little on the feed until they grow more. Always ready your plants but this is a great chart to base your grow off of. I used to grow in Hydro DWC when I started growing. I still wud be growing hydro if it wasnt for medical problems. Dont forget to keep your roots healthy. Pythium (root rot) can kill plants easy and quick. If u dont already know that. You can go sterile or you can go with bennies. I recommend bennies myself. Hydroguard will protect your roots. I used it in hydro and I also used recharge but you can only use recharge on bucket or res change day. You don't want to keep recharge in your res more than a day or it can be bad but top feed and change buckets or res and nutes and your good to go. If you dont protect your roots and they get too warm or not enough oxygen that's when the not fun stuff begins. Every knowledgeable hydro grower will agree unless you got a water chiller which are expensive. Hydroguard is allot more economical and cost friendly. Recharge is not needed but can give your plants more bennies than the hydroguard alone. Best of luck cap'n. If you need help dont be afraid to ask on here. Happy farming!

I'm still in the process of harvesting my grow which is going painstakingly slow. I just got one of those 19 inch trimmer bowls and i'm loving it. It's almost time to start my next grow though and it will be my first time using megacrop from start to finish. Think i'm going to do 4 mephisto sour cracks in rdwc with megacrop. Super excited to start a new grow and i'm really hoping that this megacrop ends up working out for me because the price is right.

Started using mega crop 1 part a couple grows ago. Sorry to say I over did it with sweet candy and bud explosion I could not get a feel for it going by grams or by tsp. Also I went to just mega crop and going by ec for feeding. I like ec cuz no matter how much water I use it's the same seedling .55 ec no mater if you mixing a gallon or 100 gallons or just a solo cup worth of water. I don't have to math out how much based on amount of water is what I'm trying to say. Another bonus is I can add more water if I over shot or if I don't use all the water I can change the ec higher or lower for other plants. I did try to understand ppm but with different scales out there I don't feel comfortable using it.

This is great. You have found what makes sense to you and are now feeling good about it. MC is a good nute and I do use it.

@4d-Rock every watering I feed with mega crop and I try to stay with or behind by like .1-.2 below what greenleaf nutrients feed schedule says. I did hit a cal mag issue cuz I got behind by like .4 ec. I did change grow medium as well to promix which has helped I believe. Fingers crossed I make it through flower with no more issues.
Any tip for mega crop with fox farm coco loco?
It has some nutes so should I wait until using MC or just tapper down how much I give until I see deficiency and start from there?
I have a good amount of coco loco to use.

My first plant in coco with mega crop - RocBud pineapple sunrise auto on day 31. It’s just showing pistils now and hasn’t started blooming yet. Kinda making me feel like I need to switch 12/12 and this may not be an auto as advertised .....

But yea the first two weeks was rough but when the roots were established and I started giving her 4 grams per gallon of mega crop 1 part ph’d to 5.5-5.8 she took off. She’s also been given recharge brewed for 24 hours once and a compost tea with molasses brewed for 24 hours. I check the ppm it’s always between 530-600. Almost always right on the 550ppm. Anyways that seems to be working great. So well that I am considering running all my plants like this from Now on. Today I started using p31 microbes with my MC feed and this weekend I started twice a day, the container is going dry every 12 hours. After all the anxiety I have had from under/overwatering it’s great fun to just flood the container and water to 20% run off every day and the plant loves it too. Can’t wait to learn more about all this and get some dank smoke.

should I flip to 12/12 ? What do you guys think ?
