"Apical dominance is the process whereby the shoot tip inhibits the outgrowth of axillary buds further down the stem to control the number of growing shoot tips and branches."
Topping is a technique of cutting the dominant bud to break the apical dominance and allow the remaining branches to share equally in the nutrients making them all larger than they would have been. It is too late for you to employ this tecnique on your plant. Keep it in mind for future auto plant grows. You want to top above the fourth node ASAP and less than 21 days after the first true leaves appear. Only top healthy plants.

But how will this affect on the end? What if the main cola is ready for harvest but the rest isnt.
