Thanks and yer I'm chuffed with the result. It's not difficult, just give yourself the time to work through the process. The quality of the light given off is truly awesome... its so clear I literally used it to decorate a bedroom before it went in the tent and the plant loves it too. Oh happy days.

I've still got to attach a junction box to the other crossbar to tidy up and make safer the wiring but I've got lazy and don't want to deprive the plant of two hours work time lol. I'll probably do it in 5 weeks when this grow is over.

I am also supposed to be waiting until the end of my first grow but I'm fairly sure the day that ali arrives the cobs will get hung!

Btw, the frame will only work properly if the mounting holes on the heat sink are on the face of it. If they are on the sides it will be a bitch to drill through the box section accurately to meet up with the holes.

I believe we have pretty much identical set ups.

I was silly and sourced all the parts individually. Individual postage bumped up the price. And don't worry about copying... I pretty much did the same! Glad I used the frame though. Makes it nice and tidy.

I've gone for the system on that site with the corners etc and two pieces of L ali the same as you man

It looks so simple. Brilliant.
