Looking very nice mate! I have a very similar set up that I am about to build a frame for.

Now, sorry to be a stalker, but I'm guessing by the floorboards and rads that you're in the UK? If so, where did you get the ali for the frame from please buddy?

It's called easy fix aluminium tubing and glad I got it. I've only a small tent so didn't want rough edges. I joined the two sections together with 1/8th thick 1X1 aluminium angle. All worked out lovely. Get them to cut the easy fix tubing for you. It's only 50p a cut

Sorry mate am I correct in saying you got the easy fix aluminium tube mount? So the square section with a flange on one side?

It makes a very rigid frame and the flange is a perfect size for the heat sinks to sit on.
