Lighting distance from canopy new to led

Hi everyone just got my first LED a 150*3 apollo10 from china. Ive never used led was hoping so of you kind led growers could chime in and give a led noob some advice . How far should i place this led above my vegging plants? Also does this light compare to my MH 500?any info would do. I have my led in an empty tent thats 100*100*200cm or for us americans 40*40*79inches. thanks guys

W/ LED I start about 23" above the main canopy dropping it down to 18" over time depending on coverage provided at that height ...

That 1 led won't put off too much light for a tent that size..... 1200-1600 is better for that size.
