New Grower distilled water and essential minerals

My PH meter is down, and I need an alternative while it gets serviced/fixed.
My idea is to use distilled water, supplemented with Mendocino Cal-Mag from Grow More to replace the essentials.
Obviously this is not going to have me at the ideal PH, but will it completely devastate my plants?
How much of the Cal-Mag would be recommended per gallon of distilled water?

what cal-mag are you using? And what PH are you going for?

If it was me I would use 10ml of my General Organics per gal of water. Should get me around 5.5-6.0

I use Mendocino Cal-Mag from Grow More and I am growing in soil. (pro mix organic)
I usually PH my water to 6.2-6.3 after mixing nutrients and everything, but that won't be an option for a little while.
