Old Reviews DIY Organic Mix-Rev's 2.1 Recipe

so technically I have right about a 30 day cook on this recipe and I can use it in a few days once it reaches 30 days.but bare in mind this is THEE BARE MINIMUM of cook n blending times.so imho NEVER NEVER use any mix unless you are seriously pushed.Always make sure it has a 45 day cook from the point of its first mixing after its sat for almost a week or so.so a total of roughly 50 days from your initial mixing of items.I hope this helps a few of you guys. For some reason everyone seems to want to make something their own with specific materials. This really bums me out to be honest.LMFAO!! a lot of ppl have asked me this n that n I really know what some of ya'll old timers are saying with repeating yourselves too LMFAO!! But Ive given the answer and not sure what else ya want man..?LMFAO!! Im asked for my recipe and this n that and I always gave what I use but yet, noone is using the recipe..so at this point I care no longer.here it is.enjoy!Work this recipe to what YOU want..like I did.Stop trying to make your own and get one that works..your going to fight yourself for months or longer man.use that recipe THEN tweek from there...Frustrating LMFAO!!:Sharing One:"AFN smoke out"

Here is that recipe I mentioned dude..DONT give up bro, a water only system is totally doable dude for a cheaper cost than a total recipe build.shipping blows, but eh where dont it these days lol :Sharing One:

coulda used this a year ago when I was struggling with tlo soil

yeah I hear ya man..the problem is ,is that a lot of newer growers want that auto grow since they're autos n they think quick meds and try popular chems n all kinds of mix matched shit and get jacked up grows for various reasons. and many become disgruntled due to the lack of quality or amount of work put in for halfassed results generally speaking.mix this medium mix with an extra few gallons of soil n peat moss and blend it,and it gives you the basic starting temple ready for roots with a seedling mix. and the new grower or even a chem grower will see the ease of use and then ya learn to boost it with various methods, ,ya really just cant beat it.Im glad I started here to be honest.it gave me that ease of growing i desperately needed.and now that you can reuse it ALL ,roots n all..everything just turn it and recook it for a spell and youll get two or even three full auto grows or more out of it depending on strain and plant size, but two is easy to say three prolly is as well, but four would have to be boosted and lime added by then imo.but sucj an easy starter system.I hate to push HIS stuff but it does give the newer grower that piece of mind we all seek and quality of meds we all want.

Idda been screwed for a little longer but I was bound and determined to get that easy grow, either with this or making my own recipe from scratch.lol.

First off let me say thank you for this write up. Excellent!

I unfortunately went the quick route and bought the "expensive" nutes and didnt really prepare my soil.

I am sold on the cooking the soil first and the compost tea. My question (the only one I have in mind) is if I cook the soil just like you mentioned, What nutes do I have to feed during veg/flowering or am I seeing write when you write that just distilled water and some calmag will do it justice till harvest?

Well essentially yes. But what I prefer to do is mix 6 gallons of soil,6 of the spag peat moss of some quality or coco whichever you'd prefer actually will work fine..30-35 LBs of castings.Id go 35 personally...add the perlite about 5.5 to 6 gallons no more of small nugget of medium nugget perlite..if you use medium use a full 6 gallons. then add that pack mix n sit for a week then mix thoroughly .n cover n let sit for the full 35 more days or so. and using a gallon of water with some mycos ,molasses and a solid dose of cal mag to water in.shouldnt need much more than a gallon for a good moisture content within the soil man..

THEN you buy some big bloom(assuming you dont wanna try teas right yet) and use that as a starter feed at 1 TBspoon per gallon of decent water.bottled is fine for now. and you can add at transition as well as flower with the big bloom(or proper tea(s) as well).. but two teas for a standard auto is fine or smaller more frequent if ya so desire..so theres workable room for the real DIY type guy/Gal...so yeah a water and very infrequent water/Feeding till flower and thats it..one good flower tea once or twice and a starter feed and a mid veg feed all light and mellow (but water n cal mag only with this recipe is FINE too) feed n alls right with the tent.world whatever LOL! does that help..?:Sharing One:

Do you have a sealed lid on your dirt bin?
or do you let it breath?

just clciks into place..faar from being completely sealed or airtight. letting it breath and sloowly dry out is what you want really.mixing it every several weeks to a month or so if unused to distribute air and moisture and feed if needed.:Hookah::Sharing One:

yeah just wanted to do a small update on this thread.apparently that 5LB pack is no long available.they have replaced it with a bagged soil that Im guessing might be full strength or atleast medium strength blended soil thats equal to the cost of a bag of dr eaths soil black bag at 25 US bucks..its a great soil that can be easily used from the bag and reused if recycled properly too.to its still a fair deal imho.

Ive heard they have a minimum buy cost but ive yet to confirm this yet so just be aware but its still a fair price knowing whats out there still these days.
