Have an order of DP Think Different seeds on the way. Thrown in as a freebie(Herbies) is a WOS Afghan Kush Ryder seed.

I live in the central US (40 degrees N) and am considering one last planting. It would probably hit the soil(after germination) around August 1st.

I'm thinking I've got time to squeeze this in before frosts/harvesting season. Given the growth time of these two varieties, would you go with one over the other? I'm thinking the Ryder characteristics would make this a quicker finish than the TD. Thoughts?

AKR for sure!!! But, I am partial to kush strains. They are hardy and can take the fall chill. Just mind your watering and check the forecast in 3 days ahead and plan your water!! AKR doesn't like alot of irrigation.
