There is a minimum post count to access the market place section, if you contact any of the mods from that section Mossy, Son Of Hobbes or Sniper they can remove the block to give access for any genuine sales questions.

Following up here, I was trying to get in touch with Tina and Mars Hydro. I ordered a new LED earlier this week, but other than my ****** being charged I have not seen a response from them. I also cannot access that link above and I should be near 8-10 posts at this point, though being new.
