I was reading some different strain descriptions on Sannies earlier and came across this for their Hammerhead strain:

The taste varies from a wet rainy forrest, dark afghani to when you chop her early will taste like watermelon.

Has anyone noticed flavor differences depending on how early or late you harvest your plants? It seems that you'd probably have to have grown two of the same plants, if not phenos, to get an accurate representation.

I've seen many plants who's smell drastically changed during flowering. And as we all know, smell and taste go hand in hand, so I'd have to say probably. In a few strains anyways. Some more than others.... I really don't know... I'm just stoned and thinking out loud
