New Grower Does this mean anythinjg?

The main stem and side branches are all turning mostly purple.Also the stems on the fan leaves are purple. This is on my largest Dark Devil,the other two are still green.Is this any indication that she might have purple buds?She is putting on some good try,s at this time and the buds are just starting to form.I,ll just have to wait and see what she does.:helpme:

If I have purple main stem leaf stem I take it as an almost certain bet that the bud/clayx's is going to purple up too.

A couple things can cause the purple stems, genetics, P deficiency or cold temps causing P uptake to be inhibited. I'm guessing genetics in your case. I've had outdoor plants get purple stems from cold temps and those did produce purple buds as well.
