Budson...there is a "button" that looks like a star at the bottom of all posts. its in between the triangle with an exclamation point and the thing that looks like a tag. when you want to add "reputation" to a member for their post, click that button. The green bars under member's names are their Rep status.

if you want to check to see if you have received any rep, click the Settings tab at the top right of the screen and it will show all of the rep youve earned.

Also for anyone that doesnt know...the button with ! inside a triangle is the Report Post button. Anything strange, or against the rules should be reported through this.
