Hey ExNavy. I just let them grow. Some leaf tucking and defoliating is all. My room ceiling is 8.5ft so I have plenty of space to go up.
Too old and fat to train much anything, my bender is broke lol. Good luck with the Glue grow, I'm excited about my next grow too.
