As some of you may have noticed, I've been pretty negligent in regards to keeping my grow journals up to date. Frankly, with the time I put in here helping new growers I just don't have the time. So instead of starting new journals for my grows I'm just going to run this thread and post what I'm up to in here.
Right now I've just finished up a test grow of Ghaze x Diesel for Phree. I'm also testing some Psirens for Mr.McGregor. They will be 12 weeks old on Monday and look like they will go about 14 weeks. Six plants and two are just starting to show some yellowing of the fan leaves. These are some nice sized plants. Two are at 22", with 4 more between 17 - 18" and one at 15". The buds show some sativa influence as they are longer and not as dense as it's parent, Mi5. They are very heavily frosted with trics half way out on some of the fan leaves. I've yet to sample any but am planning on throwing some in the vape in a day or two. Here's some pics.
I've also got some Russian Rocket Fuel going. I've only grown this strain once before, outdoors, and had spider mite and caterpillars issues so didn't get much out of it. So I was anxious to try it indoors. Of the six females I got, all but one are runts. Even the sixth one isn't very big, hitting about 14". The rest are all about 8". They are at 10 weeks, have been yellowing for a week or so now, so I expect they will be done by next weekend. I didn't have room for all six indoors so 3 of them have been outside. It's been cool and wet so in the almost 6 weeks they have been outdoors I've not been able to water or feed them even once. Fortunately I mixed in a generous amount of chicken dung so they have gotten some nutrients. But the roots constantly being wet has taken a toll. The fan leaves yellowed early and they aren't going to end up yielding much. What I get from them will probably go in the hash bin. The other 3 that are indoors are doing much better. Again, not big but the buds are nice and fat and well frosted.
I've also have 4 Pakistani Ryder x Bad Betty that I recently bred, along with a couple Duurty Dragons. They are all 25 days old. Only got one male from this batch and it's one of the DDs. Going to save some pollen off of it. The PR x BB look fantastic. Everything had sexed by day 22 and I got them transplanted into their final pots on day 23 and gave a 1/2 strength feeding of AN pH Perfect Grow, B-52 and a bit of humic acid. Within a day they were back growing again, no transplant shock, and into their pre flower growth spurt. The biggest ones are at 8" so I'm expecting them be over 2' by the time they go into full flower. My goal with these is to development a red or purple plant with a PR dominant stone. I'll be shutting down my outdoor box for the summer once the Psirens are finished, so won't have room to do a full selection grow till the fall. With this grow I simply want to get an idea of what I've got.
