Indoor DP Snowstorm #2 and Autoblueberry Test-Grow

I just finished my new Cab (had to wait almost 4 months before using it) and started 2 Snowstorm #2 and 1 Autoblueberry I got from Dutch Passion last spring. Thanks again for the seeds DP!

Cab Spechs:
60cm x 70cm x 120cm
250w MH/HPS (with cooltube), MH for the moment
Temperature Controlled extraction Fan (set to 26,5°C)
14l Pots, 30cmx30cm

100% germ rate for me on the the 21.

My soil mix:
30% Gardening soil from the local garden center
15% horse manure compost
15% sheep manure compost
20% coco fibrers
10% Perlite
10% Clay balls

Will post pictures this weekend. They are doing fine for the moment. Any advice is always welcome!

I will be doing this grow without any fertilizer. Only the soil mix mentioned above.

Day 15
They are doing good. nice colors and seemingly healthy.

Autoblueberry

my favorite gal. She is a shade darker and the leaves are a so delicate.


Snowstorm #2 Nr1

-stays very low to the ground. Very dwarfish.

Snowstorm #2 Nr2

-Bigger one of the two.
-has a bizzare leaf. Is this a mutation or are my lights to close? Ph is in range.

I am using a 250w "GIB Growth Spectre" Metal Halide with a Mini-Cooltube at 10cm distance. I will change to HPS in a Week or so. What do you think about the leaf?

No nutes this time only water and what is already in the soil.

Will add some beneficial Nematodes tomorrow.

Day 20
Preflowers on all three of them. Will let them under the 250 MH for a week longer. Humidity is between 38% and 45%. Temperature between 25°C and 27°C.

the Autoblueberry is a slender stretchy girl with the most space between internodes. But she has such a lovely green... Did a little LST on her. First time I try LST so any advice is welcome.


Snowstorm Nr1 stays the ideal dwarf. short and bushy. Untied she has the same height as the other two tied down.


Snowstorm Nr2 is awesome. She is looking really healthy with short internodes Put the ropes on her as well...

Looking good and healthy! Keep em under your MH until the preflowers are pretty well fully developed to improve your vegging and size.

Day 27

I was away for the week and could not get anybody to look over them. I watered before I left but they went a little dry and some of the leaf-tips dried out.

But whats done is done. I really hope they will recover.

Autoblueberry
While i was away she outgrew the light and got a little spindly. I tied her back down and hopefully she will fill out. She still has the nicest coloration.


Snowstorm Nr1
THE growth/stretch this week. Same height as her sister now! A side branch closer to the middle of the room is higher as the main stem.

Nice as always. I just let her do her thing.

PS: I decided to let them stay under the MH a little while longer. The AB is flowering and the Snowstorms have both healthy preflowers but I want them to fill out a little more. How long would you wait before changing to HPS?

Day 29

Just switched to HPS and did some LST. Still only water for these babies.

The Autoblueberry is in full flower. I tied her down so she bends right under the light and to get an even canopy. The main cola is right next to the ventilator. No worries the vent is slightly above the plants.

I tried to some more LST on the Snowstorm Nr1 to get her to fill out more.

Snowstorm Nr2 is nice and bushy. first calyxes on both of them.
