yep, i did read that autos do not like full strength feed.:check: my run off is at 6,8, so i think i am going to water with the distilled water next time (to get the ph down a bit) and only with half strength from now on. just wanted to give her a boost.

the white spots did not grow and everything else is looking good, so i think it will be regulated with the next watering.

nutrients

hello everybody,

hows it going?

i switched the nutrients to npk 3,5-6-6 for flowering. unfortunately this stuff does not contain magnesium. so i decided to mix in some of my mgso4.

today i did some emergency feeding with 4% mgso4 solution, because the white spots became more and it seems that it is a mg deficiency. apart from that rebecca is looking great. the little skinny lady is turning into a chubby chick.
pics will come within the next days.

as to the mg: i plan on supplementing my nutrient solution with mg in the future. how much mg would you guys recommend?

day 49

howdy folks,

after a very busy week i finally have the time to make an update.
all is going pretty well. rebecca looks amazing. white pistils all over her body. have a look:

this is exactly 7 weeks after birth. i must have been doing something right. :booya:
she is so beautiful.
Tony says 10 weeks to go... and i am patient.:cough:

a strange thing is, the smell did not intensify but on the contrary.

do smell and feeding correlate?

some of the leaves edges are wrinkled; i think due to overfeeding last time. so i plan on feeding her tonight, but only water, maybe with some mg added. other threads say 1-2 tablespoons to a gallon, so i will stick with that.:check:

hello AFNers,

hope you had a nice christmas evening with friends and family.

in the last days my situation has changed a lot. after having some really cold nights our heating systems froze and some of the pipes did burst, so that my hirer had to call the company which maintains the hole stuff.
of course this had to be done quickly, otherwise we would have no working heaters.
they have to check every heater in every appartment and due to not having another place to put my plant in the meantime and due to her smell (which was very mouthwatering), i had to cancel the whole operation and cut her down.:cry: :cry:
i was so close to the end and it did hurt a lot, believe me, but better safe than sorry!

i have still one bean left, and at the appropriate time i will continue. i know now what to expect in the first few weeks of a plants life, and i will use this knowledge to get an even better start this time. i plan on purchasing some new equipment like a ph-tester, maybe a led light and some other stuff.

thank you all for supporting my first adventure and giving some good knowledge.

nonetheless, i, of course, will stay tuned and follow all the other amazing grows.

AFN is the place to be.

besides that, we had a fantastic christmas with family members we only see once in a year.
