I finally drifted over to the hydro section and find this grow, it is moving along nicely now. Explosive growth really. I haven't had a hydro set up in years, yours is nicely organized. Do you aerate your rez?

I did see that you had an aeroponics set-up, I'm not familiar with that particular one. Even with a lot of roots in the air I always liked to aerate the rez and underneath each plant (10" airstones) with big honk'in air pump, I also used to titrate (slow feed) some hydrogen peroxide (40%) into my system but I don't know if anyone does that kind of thing anymore. Just because I used to do it doesn't mean it has any value nowadays. Every system has its ins/outs as to benefits versus cost versus yield etc.
Hi yes I have two air stones in each. Only use peroxide if I have problems. The aeroponics is the platinum aerostar system. Nice product I feel but I haven't got it going yet. Cutting clones to start some mothers off the cookies kush for it today probably. Got a little behind because me and dankmeaway went trout fishing Friday and it changed my schedule slightly. The platinum can be run as aero or top feed or with different tray ebb and flow. Looking forward to trying it out.

Day41Switched it to 12/12 for the photo Period cookies kush 5 days ago. She's fillings the scrog screen too fast. Lol The chocolate orange is doing great but the smell is taking over. It does smell of chocolate but also a little like shit too. It was pretty bad at week 3 but now more like chocolate. She didn't start showing hairs till yesterday. Another slow grower. The cookies really likes extra cal- mag she shows deficiency with out it. All in all doing great.

The fishing was great. First trip this year. Health limiting most activities anymore. I caught a few but dankmeaway nailed them. He had waders and was able to get in the river. They had stocked trout a day before. Was a great day. We even topped it off with a seafood dinner on the home. Lol
Well I got crazy and decided to experiment with the chocolate orange and I bent all the side branches down at a 90 degree. I also bent them in at a 45 degree so they form a octagon like circle. The branches on those are now turning up so it's kinda forming a even canopy like a scrog. I was kinda worried about breaking the limbs but it didn't even slow her down. Already knuckling up nicely. I bent the main top over today. Gonna put a s curve in the stem to control some of the stretch. With the sides bent over the top is all I've got to control now. The chocolate orange is a very strong growing breed. Seeing 3 inches a day stretch right now with the light one inch away. I've kept it as close as possible. At least she hasn't got to the top of the tent like the last grow was at this point. LOL. Got lot more room this time. The cookies kush is getting too thick for my small scrog screen. I should have controlled her more earlier. I may stop tucking and just let her go. I've took a lot of leaves off and still having a little trouble getting light to the net level. There are a lot of tops up there now so it will still be good. I've got the clones going and that was the goal for her. They are showing root nubs already. Decided to do cream of the crop narcotheropy in the utz container and I'm thinking of mixing the rockwool chunks in with dirt. The chunks are about the size of my thumb nail. Another experiment lol. Starting it in a couple of weeks in the mother tent so I can move it in when the chocolate finishes and I'm waiting on the clones to go in the platinum aerostar.Here's the pics after the bending. And then there was one. My cookies kush plant has turned out to be a male. So much for the scrog and my clones. And after all that effort to control the height of the chocolate orange auto with my experiment. now I have plenty of room to bend away lol tent looks empty. Only had one of those seeds so I'm gonna pop DNA's 24K as the new mother and the narcotheropy auto ill pop right away in that utz container. The chocolate is a strong smelling strain. Hard to hide the smell now and I'm afraid what it's gonna be like on down the road lol. Hope she explodes now that she has both lights to feed her.
