Harvest & Curing Dried out too much?

Just hung my plants and now in jars for a few days. Waited to the stem snaps and some just bend. Had my larger humidity sensor in and just installed my smaller ones to put into the jars. It seems that it is too dry as the reading is 51%. Thinking of installing boveda packs at 58 or 62. Should i cure first or just throw them and keep going?

@dudelove Welcome to AFN. You want to get the moisture level back into the buds ASAP. If you have a growing plant that can offer a few fan leaves, throw them in with the Bovedas. I use the 62% because I press most of my bud. If you smoke then 58% is better.

You might also find @dudelove that some of the internal moisture releases during the first couple days in the jar so it may rise a little naturally

I've done it a couple of times just throw your packs in the jar and monitor with your meters the packs for me are a lifesaver

51 is quite low.
Wet,not dripping, paper tower will act faster then Boveda for the first 24 hrs...
