Chopped a sour stomper on Tuesday night of this past week on the 12th and a grape dosi on Wednesday night. I have them drying in a 3x3 tent. Normally it take 10 to 14 days to dry in this tent. But this time they are both already down to 80% humidity in the brown paper bag. Inside the tent it’s 35 to 40% Rh. Normally the rh I would have to imagine this is only going to make the smoke not great?

my question is? Is this going to make a hugedifference in the smoke?

I normally put them in grove bags at 62%

30-45% is on the dry side of RH for drying. The outside will dry faster than the core. so Sweat them in the brown bags until 10-12 moisture or 62% RH in a Jar. Then into the Grove Bags.
