Indoor dutch passions menage a trois: mix pack #7 + 1 little tidbit

welcome to the jungle

we are on day 32 with this beautiful plants. all are in flowering (even the 32oz TD with it's 22 days on earth!, see 32oz thread), except the capsicum, so i'm pumping up the bloom.

i'm alternating feed and plain water every 2 days, a little epsom here and there. the girls are in very good shape.
see yourself...

booyakasha! i is in the m..f.ing house, yo! recognize! :D

:head:

everybody enjoy the weekend!

:peace:

this one is no cannabis plant, it is a variety of capsicum annuum, yellow mushroom!

:brow:

gives my roughly 30000 shu; that's very comfortable...

this one is giving my some concerns. here's the link to my thread at the garden infirmary.

thanks for watching!

:peace:

Man am I behind. Take a few days off of and everything happens. Looking very nice SG! That Yellow Mushroom sounds interesting, I have never seen one of those before and I pride myself on knowing my peppers. Same family as the Scotch Bonnet. 30,000 SHU is nice and toasty bro! A little goes a long way. Be careful about rubbing your eyes after handling that lady!

thanks man!

yeah i already made my experiences with wiping my eyes or my running nose with my fingers after cutting a few habaneros. dayum, that hurts!

:D

i'm not very deep into pepper growing, yet.

it's supposed to look like this when ready:

i'm glad, if i'll get something looking roughly like this.

day 39

day 47

the girls are gaining the goodness. no incidents whatsoever. a little magnesium deficiency on the autoextreme. gave her a good amount of epsom last feeding and now you see the green colour coming back.

the capsicum is doing well also. periodically after watering the leaves go crazy in every directions, but after 2 days it goes back to normal.
don't know why, maybe it's just deliriously happy...

:cough:

defs are coming - argh!

hey everybody,

my plants are showing a potassium def, exactly at the same time like the plants of my first grow.

first the leaves started to turn yellow from the inside to the leaf's edge, now i also have the rusty brown spots between the veins starting to manifest.

i'm on the biobizz programm including alg-a-mic, grow, bloom and topmax. ph is ok, around 6,3. when i first noticed the yellow starting i gave some epsom salt and switched to the fast available mineral fertilizer with 3,5-6-6. that was 2 days ago. today i noticed the rusty brown spots.

again, i did some reading. it says that high calcium and magnesium content can block potassium. so i think while trying to treat the mg def with epsom, it also had some negative effects on the potassium uptake. the tap water i'm using is hard, so the ca and mg content is already high.

my plan is to flush the medium with plain ph'ed water and a small dose of fertilizer afterwards.

one more month to go. i hope i can work this out...

:peace:

:smokebuds:Next time turn off your lights when taking pictures, thanks.

turned the led off...

the autoextreme is the one showing the most symptoms.
