They are quite tricky plants, those Autos. Very peculiar on how they like to be treated and it varies greatly from strain to strain. Good luck SG, I am sure you will get it worked out with a good recovery.

What size pots are you using? Just curious.

my plants are in 1,5 l pots, filled with approximately 1 l medium.

I thought they were pretty small. The biggest problem is with those small pots it don't take much change to make a huge difference. Not much buffer between the soil and plant.

yeah, you're absolutely right.

i'm trying to fit as much different plants in my small tent, and at the same time i'm trying to find 'my' soil mix. it will take some time to puzzle that out.

biobizz nutrients are really fine and i try to keep with that. on the other hand, my pots are drying out in 2-3 days and the organic nutrients need at least 3 days to be activated (as i've read). that's another major shortcoming.

nonetheless, the results i get are not bad... to begin with.

Looking pretty good. I'm in the same boat trying to cram as many strains as I can in a small space. What size of tent are you using if you don't mind me asking?

i'm using a gl60, 60 cm x 60 cm and 160 cm in height. i want to upgrade my light and tent for some time now, but can't fit that in where i live. i'm looking for a new home, though...

hola amigas y amigos!

i'm fighting with a magnesium/potassium deficiency on all three plants. like in my
first grow it came after about 6 weeks.

the ph is ok and everything else also, but i think i know now what's going on: in both cases i treated an upcoming mg deficiency with epsom salt; too much and over a too large period of time. due to not using very large medium volume the soil could not buffer. the result was potassium def, blocked by the large amount of mg i used.

well, i think i'm on top of things again, but the defs left their marks on my poor ladies. they are still looking nice and budding up good, but... all the same, it's a pity.
another piece of experience gained.

have you given any thought to trying coco?
I find it much easier to control nutes and any issues can be corrected almost immediately

yes i already thought about that. i'm definitely giving coco a try in the future.
i started with soil and want to get the basic experience with that... and at least one grow without any complications.
