Lighting E 27 400W BULB

Plug and play with that bulb. Make sure the socket is heavy enough duty not to melt ( not a 40w max socket for table lamp )

COOL....the same store has the ceramic sockets too. Got a different question now, HOW MANY WATTS PER SQUARE FOOT? I have 2 seedlings on the go now, 1 photo DELICIOUS CANDY and 1 auto DELICIOUS DARK PURPLE. Candy is under 125W 6500k, Dark purple is under 40 W 6500k in different grow spaces. Both are about 2 inches tall with cotyledons and the first 2 leaves emerging, but both are now static. No height growth, and leaves not getting any bigger, have they now got too much light? I cant find on the net a laymans answer, all I can get really is the more light the better. HELP!

50w per sq ft seems to be the standard... for hid at least.
You can keep the cfls a few inches away to maximise light.
Sufficient for now but during flower light levels are more important..

But Im using CFL? I need to do a cash crop, Tried with autos as the weather is good enough to get 1 finished in time. All my easyryder have failed, only the 2 delicious are doing anything and they were free seeds. So now I have to go back to indoor, I have chosen SENSI SEEDS SENSI SKUNK feminised photo. I have grown sensi skunkregulars for a decade now, but with the what happens happens attitude. If I dont get this right soon poor old DIANE ( avatar ) and the rest of my herd of 50 goats wont have any winter feed. LOL

LUMEN CONFUSION, I have been making the mistake, thinking Kelvin is the same as lumens. So I have got 400 watts, 6500 kelvin, how many lumens does this bulb produce? It is not written on the box and the maker does not answer my e mails
