Early Deficiencies?

very good advice above. When you say cheap ph meter are you talking soil probe or exactly how cheap?(dealing with the hard water and borderline signs of other things.)
For the most part they look pretty good for their age though.

:gthumb: = wg.

You guys above will be the go to leaf analysts in no time.

BTW--wg--who were you prior to Dec 2012. Did you have to re-register.

Not all plants respond the same to nutrients, that's one thing about folks who've been running the same strain for ever have an advantage with. Yeah, that's super concentrated stuff - their website says to use a "a few drops per gallon" so I'm going to go out on a limb here and say 0.5mL per L was too much. Something in it (Vitamin B especially, like superthrive) could increase the uptake of certain nutrients perhaps? I'm not entirely sure - I'm not too fond of nutrients that don't tell you what's in them or what's going on. I, much like Darwin recommends, would not worry about the Jack all too much yet. I'd give it a bit more time and see what happens.. just follow along on your nutrient program.. Has vertical growth stopped? I would not introduce bloom nutes 100% until vertical growth stops? What all will you be using for bloom, just Oldtimers? I'm confused by this as you said you were running Ionic nutes.. you mean you were only running their grow fert?

I was using one of the really cheap yellow ph pens off ebay untill it broke... the last feed i had to resort to using a pond ph test (the drip type)
Im aware this is no where good enough but im afraid its all i have the funds for right now :(

Well, here's the question good sir - you were checking your pH before, were you adjusting it or just checking it? Using the pond pH test strips, what did the pH read as - did you adjust it?

I don't see pH issues my man, I really don't. I see, in my opinion, grow environment issues. We want our plants to look 100% top notch perfect because they're inside - but do you really think outdoor plants look perfect when they start to bloom? Not very often..

Yeah the greenfuse is as good as in the bin now, wont be touching it again.
Vertical growth is yet to stop so that was a stupid question on my part (trying to jump the gun)
As for the story on the nutes... I didnt get my nutes in a package and made the mistake of thinking the greenfuse was a grow nute and not a stim. This left me with only my bloom nutes which are oldtimers bloom. At this moment in time im very strapped for cash so couldnt afford to buy the oldtimers grow nutes right away. This obviously left me with no grow nutes atall but lucky for me a very friendly forum user hooked me up with enough ionic to get me through

Everytime i water i leave the water out overnight in bottles with the lids off at room temp, i then test the ph of my water which comes out around 7.8 (i do this every time incase something in my water changes) Once i know what the ph is i use essentials ph down to bring it down to 6.5 (or as close as i can get it with the drip test)

I guess i am wishing for to much expecting my girls to look perfect but this being my first grow what may be nothing to a pro can look like a huge issue to me :o

EDIT: i have now moved my cold air intake to the height of the top of the plants and its directed into a circulation fan so as to mix with the warm air inside the tent
