This depends on how easy it is to obtain food grade alcohol (ethanol).
*Obtain top quality buds for best results.
*Grind in a blender
*Add to alcohol, which will end up making a dark green/blackish mix
*Obtain some activated charcoal and grind it to a power in a blender or mortar and pestle, then ad the activated charcoal to the black mix.
*Filter the liquid which will go from dark greenish/black to a beer colour.
*Evaporate.
This is low tech and wasteful as it does not recover the alcohol. Bummer. There are probably other solvents that can be used but nothing as nice as ethanol.
