The multi search button never works for me on here sadly =/. My next grow I want to try my hand at hydro growing. Any one on here use an ebb and flow system? I am looking to read some grow logs of some people using it so I can understand the basics before trying.

I picked ebb and flow because I bought it off some one who had it but never used it and couldnt take it with them. Paid like 100$ for the full system with lights so couldnt pass it up heh.

Ebb and FLow works great.

I've been rockin it a while now.
I'll try to get you some info on my setups.

IT's one of the more forgiving methods of hydro. 100$ is a sweet deal! Make sure the pumps and timers are quality. If those die your plants will too. Start a journal so we can all watch :peace:

Thanks that would be great!

Yeah, pump was never used still in the box with all the papers and wrapping. Said he never used it because of the 55 gal. Guess he didn't know he could just use a 5 gal bucket :P But yeah that with the 8 bulb T5 lights for that money was too good to pass up heh. http://growershouse.com/c-a-p-ebb-g...on-reservoir?gclid=CK7aoo6Iqr4CFRBk7AodwQoAGQ And gave me so much clay its coming out of my eyes heh.

But yeah any information would be perfect.

Lol. Would love to. But never done hydro before, so was looking for some one with a close set up I could learn from ^.

Ebb and flow is great!!! Easy to use and killer growth!!! And $100, the light alone costs that. Great score.

What system do you have? I have only done DIY, flood and drain (DWC, RDWC, aeroponic, soiless, coco, etc.). Love flood and drain, for central control, at the reservoir. Adjusting PH, and watching PPM levels to see if more or less fertilizer is needed, in one spot is awesome.

Last run was coco/airpots, billed as hydro results, with soil ease. Plan on going back to flood and drain, although my DIY setup involves a lot of setup work.

Hydro ebb n flow with a t5....sounds like a great set up. Table? An rez? Size. Can be a killer setup.
