Emergency advice needed!!!

Unlikely my friend. Its on a lot of leaves. But thank you for your input. I just watered them both with pH water and Epsom salts.. pH is 6.7 on both plants. 2nd plant is showing some defficencies now also. If they don't pick up in 2 to 3 days I'm ripping them out. Don't wanna waste any more time if theyre not gonna make it.

Thanks for all your help guys

Well if you dropped your ph down to something like 6 and do a flush your plant can actually absorb the nutrients. Who told you to run 6.7????? 5.5 to 6.5 at the high end.

But giving up seems logical considering the time money and sweat you have already put in. Do you have any "ugly" seeds you want to giv up on and send my way? :D

im no soil grower..but she should be within? maybe try tuning her abit down.. strain may play a roll here aswell?
see how she reacts after the flush you just gave her"My 2 cents"

Hey bro, smart ass comments don't really help. It is one thing to be funny, it is entirely another to be a smart ass.

Seasick is obviously a little frustrated as are most new growers when they encounter problems. A little encouragement goes a long way.

Seasick, don't give up on them just yet. Give them a little time and you will turn them around. You already have had some positive recommendations from some very good growers. I have had much worse plants than that one still produce excellent harvests. Frustration is natural when you are counting on a grow to get you through but don't give up on her just yet.

SO he should be from low hydroponic range all the way to mid soil range for his grow? Sounds like someone needs to do some more research on PH ranges before they go commenting about the PH of others grows..

:vibes: dont let this go out of controll guys.. stay on topic and keep the vibe :peace:

Hi 'Dee- Looks like two unrelated things, both spotted by the others,... the leaf is looking cooked, causing the curling, and crisping, so keep the lights several inches away, even at that wattage,...*** I do see the early signs of Ca-Mg defc., so treat as recommended with epsom and molasses, or with a dedicated supp',.... (epsom for soil treatment: 1 level tsp/quart, or foliar @ 1tsp/gal..... molasses is great for the soil herd and plant too (it has Ca, Mg and some K as well as the sugars): 1T per 1/2gal soil drench, half that for foliar....Treat a couple times over a few days or so, to watch for reaction, then go from there. BTW, for future ref', foliar is the fastest way to get stuff into the plant, BUT it's very important to use a water spreader when doing so,... it's all about surface area coverage! Spreaders/wetting agents take the surface tension out of the water, making it coat more evenly over the leaf surface, instead of beading up; basically, more SA covered=more absorbed! Spray top and bottom too, during lights on BUT not placed back into direct light; pull them aside for a while, allow them to dry more slowly and not potentially get light-burned; they should be fully dry by lights-out to avoid possible mold issues,....:smoke:

*** (just saw this above at top)*** Don't yank them mate, they're nowhere near that stage of messep up! As mentioned, soil will take longer to treat than will foliar, but you symptoms are mild/early, not severe at all, so be patient! Foliar is something I like also because it bypasses the soil and roots, just in case there's an issue there,.... (not looking like it in your case)....

Sorry I was thinking hydro that was uncalled for. I think it could be pH no? Some nutrients are only absorbed at the lower end. Maybe he has a deficiency of one of those? Also just didn't like hearing wanting to yank the plants! Keep them and love them. They will be the ones worth the most because you took care of them.

Apologies again.

I know some of us don't have that luxury of wasting time. For the Wife and I, if I don't grow it, we don't smoke. So that I can understand. But, as a new grower learning to read your plants it's important to ride out the issues. You must have patience. You have to realize that she is a HARDY plant. She'll bounce back. You have plenty of experts here to help you out. You don't have a lost cause. If you did, we surely would have told you to pull em already. Most issues can be sorted out with a good flush and adjustment... However it may take a few days or up to a week to see positive results (varies on set up). Also realize what is damaged is damaged. There is no way to fix that. However, it's the new growth that's most important. that will tell you if you are back on track or something is still wrong.

Best of luck. And let me know what soil you're using along with your AN organic line nutes...
