Most of the time I just keep my window open a tad the room is a decent size and there's nothing in it besides the plants however I have a fan I could put in the window. I just wouldn't want to starve them of fresh oxygen and possibly stunt them.
Enough ventilation?

The amount of gases (O2 and CO2) consumed or excreted by the plants is insignificant, particularly in the context of the open window. People consume way more O2 and put out CO2, and have no problems living for long-times in closed spaces, whether bedrooms with windows and door closed and no other air input/out, or well-sealed houses (with there seemingly always being some leakage).

As long as you have an incoming fresh air source, you will be fine. You should think about raising the temp though.
Yeah I have a heater that comes on when it goes below 70 I should probably put it on 75
Most heaters have poor thermostats that allow large temperature variations.
This will control a heater, and keep temp within 1 F of what your want.

Higher temperature will lower humidity, and might require a humidifier.
