Grow Mediums Essentials EC meter vs Bluelabs Hydroponics EC Truncheon

Hi fellas,

Just wondering which to get.

The Bluelabs is 50% more than the Essentials. I don't mind paying out the extra if it's worth it.

Has anyone got experience with both/either, if so, what are your thoughts?

Never heard of the first one, get the bluelab for sure. I'm looking to upgrade my Hanna to their combo meter.

Greetings Olly,

I had an Essentials E.C meter for several years and it worked well. I gave it to a friend and believe it still works
Now I have a BlueLab Truncheon and love the thing, makes a great stirring stick for mixing nutes

BlueLab also make an E.C meter and a PPM meter.

I say go with Bluelab :Coolio:

I love my bluelab meters, they are also waterproof! Good thing when you go clumsy-style

Thanks guys, I thoguht a PPM was the same as an EC....

The water proofing has swung it. I'm clumsy as fk.
