Mephisto Genetics Ever seen this mutation?

Creme de la chem at 15 days hydro and hps. Side branch taking off like a main stem only one plant. Curious since this branch is both giant and starting branches off it.

I love my mephistos and the unique traits some strains exhibit. Had an orange crack develop split branches that turned out awesome. Wondering if I should promote this offshoot, But also want to see what it will do au natural compared to the other sisters growing with her

Never seen that specific mutation, with the stem being enlarged. But the mutated leaf structure looks very similar to my Trident Special leaf structure. I let her just grow that way, and resulted in improper bud structure. They really just didn't swell, some looked underdeveloped. But wondering how yours is at flower. Hell, it could make fat nugs, seeing how your stem looks over producing structure.

Not the leaf, seen plenty of weird leaf mutations especially the first pair, checkout the side branch. Photo skills terrible my apologies.

Dude that is awesome......I have a Bluetoof mutie at the moment.....she had an extra arm at the 2nd node and I fimmed her..........she is taking off well dude....some pics....the last pic is from today

I’ve got a nice mutant at the moment.

Two branches at each node so I fimmed and supercropped her.

Good stuff! @awolace I had orange crack plant do that to me. Was neat, as it grew taller the branches split further out. Literally ended up almost entirely double branches. Granted each branch was smaller but still was wild to see mature.

Too bad this is a first level branch as these don't usually do much of anything, this definitely thinks it's another top.

If it were photoperiod I think I would clone some of these.

You're right on that low thick one, the branches dont develop into shit that low most of the time.

That double branch sounds like you should get a nice return.

As I suspected this "branch" is going to be interesting.

You can see the branch opposite to this site is typical.

That "top" on a less than 3 week old plant certainly interesting! Just hope as the plant fills in this doesn't stop growing like bottom branches so often do
