If the multiverse is real, then all you have to do is talk to yourself and know that you are also saying the same thing in another universe and he also knows that you know. So you both know what eachother are saying to the other (yourself).

You can have a conversation with another universe...

But if as most say the multiverse is made up of universes each different to our own we would have different conversations with ouselves. Some of our selfs could actually be way smarter or to dumb to understand. They might be talking Chinese or German or whatever else is not your own language and could be from the opposite sex. They might have more or way less money and the world they live in might be better or worse or altogether different then ours and they themselves might have evolved differently then you did.
That's one interdimensional conference call I don't wan't to miss "AFN smoke out"
