Do you already have a 250 HPS? if not, the LEDs are the same price or cheaper and a 300 watt LED puts out more PAR than a 250 or even a 400 watt HPS.

Pop22, I have the bulb, the hood is like 45$ off amazon
is there any other option besides the carbon filter... It's hella expensive

Dude, you are going to want a carbon filter. Cant put a price on steath and going to jail!! Just my opinion!!
Maybe I sound like a dick for saying this, but... I think you're very lucky that you have some nice folks around here to help, and I'm no expert, but I'll be damned if I didn't spend many hours reading, studying, saving money, and applying the knowledge that I absorbed.. A lot of these guys that are helping you have been around a LONG time, and have VAST knowledge that they didn't acquire by begging, demanding or sitting around waiting for the info to just drop in their laps.. I didn't really cruise through your whole thread, but it seems like you've missed some very important and EXTREMELY helpful links here that would've answered a lot of your questions..
By the sounds of it, I'd say start doing some reading, and try applying yourself!! It'll save you a lot of grief, and you may actually learn something!
With that said, good luck on your endeavor and seriously.. TONS of information around here..

I know that there are threads to read, and I have read, on and off this site, I simply prefer to deal with people who have the experience versus some 2or 3 year old thread, although they help. Ok tent is done that's one thing. Now for the rest. I still say ditch the 250 HID in favor of the LED. Ya a hood is only $45.00 but if you are stealth, you will need much more than a hood you will want a cool tube, a fan and the vent piping to go with it and all of a sudden the $20.00 bulb you already own is now a $200.00 investment! Oh and I did not see a ballast mentioned...
Pop22 gave you a good link to a nice LED to get started with. You will prolly want a few CFLs for supplemental lighting as well.
Keep plugging away, you will have a setup soon. Have you given any thought to nutrients, pots, and all that?

ok no CF? the get a BIG pot, maybe 4 gallon. fill with about 3 pounds of potpourri cover with water and boil gently........might out stink your plants..........

LED may be easier to setup, handle, cheaper, etc, but it's debatable whether it matches the resin production and density of the flowers under HPS. Both have their pros and cons, but led is more noob friendly. But since u want to run a 250 watt this is what I recommend you do step by step:
First hang a carbon filter from the ceiling inside your tent. 4"x12" is the right size for that tent.

Then with 4" vent ducting connect the filter to a reflector/ballast combo. Your going to need a bulb (which u have), connected inside the reflector.

The reflector connects to an inline fan, 190cfm:

The inline fan pulls air through the carbon filter, through the reflector so it cools the bulb, then blows the hot air outside the tent. From there some more vent ducting can lead the air outside or into the wall.
This what's required of you to set up an odor scrubbing vent system and air cooled hid system.
Option #2 LED
Buy this (never used it but some one here do) as its more affordable. That led light is slightly weaker than your hps but it's easier to set up and is cooler. It says 400w but only uses about half that.

You're still going to need the inline fan and carbon air filter. But you save on the ballast,reflector, and never have to buy a bulb again.
Personally I run only 180w LED and yield 3-4oz every 3 months from three plants. Here's a couple pics to show you the basic LED setup with vent sys I run. Same size tent as you too.
To answer these questions
