Grow Mediums FastBuds BDM

Thanks to @Mossy I had the opportunity to get my hands on a few of these seeds after winning the first leg of the FastBuds grow competition. I was updating this grow in the second leg of the competition but there are so many pages I felt it was getting lost so I am going to post my updates here. I see that @Elvis just finished up his journal on this strain so, I guess we will see if if I can keep up.

7-19 Update

About 15 days at this point. I am trying something a little different this time going to pull it as low as I can across the container. I am also lowering my PPMs quite a bit on this one I usually water twice a day and on previous grows I would push 1100 1200 PPMS. I usually would get lock out then dial back down. I want to see what happens if I just run it at around 800 850 max. Well that is the plan anyway. A few pictures are attached, did not take any baby pics, she seem to be doing okay at this point.

Set Up

70/30 Coco/Perlite
KISS method on Nutrients (few adjustments as I go)
400 watt DIY COB light

8-7 Update

Trucking along at this point. I changed my plan up a bit. She is really compact and I am not liking how the branching is laying down. So I released her from her binds and let her go upright. I also dropped a second one about ten days ago to do my usual grow method and see how she turns out topped. she will be about two weeks behind the first plant. Pics for that one on the next update.

8-15 Update

Pictures of both plants on this update. [HASHTAG]#1[/HASHTAG] is the first seed I dropped and day one was about 7/2/17 [HASHTAG]#2[/HASHTAG] is of course the second one and was just recently topped. The only difference other than that is [HASHTAG]#1[/HASHTAG] is in a 5 gallon smart pot and [HASHTAG]#2[/HASHTAG] is in a 3 gallon. I am pretty sure after this grow I am going to 3 gallon all the way. I have not seen a real noticeable difference in using the bigger pot outside of the amount of nutrients I have to mix. 5 gallon pots are a pain in drain to waste.

Right at about 700 PPMs at this point at the next feed will push it to 800 PPMs.

Looking good aj, I rarely run higher than 800pm. The biggest plant I ever get was a bit hungry the whole time maybe 550-800ppm.

Your plants are looking good! And that alone should tell you your plants are being well fed. I'd keep your nutrient levels right where they are. You can't force feed plants.
