To me the roots look sick. Not at all a healthy white color. And I can't figure out why. They started out nice looking. I only ever open the res up during lights out. Everything is black. 45lpm air pump. Into 5gal of nute solution in my res. With 3- 1" cylinder airstone and 1- 4" flat disk airstone recently added. Any ideas or advice is welcomed.

You also have root rot so we'll need to get that sorted you need to go buy some H2o2.but thats just a solution we need to find the problem.your res desperately needs cleaning there's a lot of salt and i can see your over nuting more than likely but we can get to all that in a min once we know everything.

you have pythium build up so your running to hot id say would be the main problem but i'm just speculating ,so we also need your res temps.

Now, going back on here I see that on day 11? The roots still looked pretty ok. Only thing that has changed is the addition of the 4" airstone.

Ok see that tape on top that could be leaking into your res if water hits that glue and gos in or touchs it in anyway.
your water levels are to low.
your Ec was very high at the start i can tell by the levels of additives you've put in that's why she looked a bit mis-shapen most likely or the glue if any entered.
your equipment is good.
can you convert to EC because there's different scales of ppm. either way its to high i can see by any scale.

first off you need to wash everything and put her in a solution of H2o2 to clean her off and sterilise her again.
then you need to Adjust your nutes to correct levels.

I have ordered good 29% h2o2 and it is on its way.
In the mean time should I use the 3% store bought h2o2 ?

Here is my meter. And the water level is about 1/2" below the Net pot. 1" at the most.

yes most definitely get her started on that. But firstly ,scrub that res get any bacteria off it and perhaps soak it if you can in bleach.without the plant in it of course
