Nutrients Feed chart for Flora trio?

Anyone have a reliable feed chart for growing autos in deep water culture using general hydroponics Flora trio nutrients? I'm using single 5 gallon buckets, air stones and g.h. air pump. Started germinating my pineapple express Auto by barneys farm and Northern lights auto by royal queen seeds 2 days ago. I know autos are lighter feeders than Indicas, I read to feed them like a small sativa. I don't plan to push past 500 ppm throughout the grow. Less is better. I don't like to burn my plants or shove so much nutrients down there throats that they can't eat it all. Think of it like giving someone too much food, they just can't eat it all. Same thing with weed, except they show nutrient burn in your leaves if you overfeed them, just like if you over feed a person they feel like shit and there belly hurts. I'm thinking starting off at 200 ppm and slowly working my way up to 400 by flowering and no higher than 500ppm during flower. My indicas last run didn't like past 650ppm
