Lots of options, but MegaCrop is simple, cheap, and works. You only need the base mix to take you through a first grow. It is available online to most places.
There is a huge difference between feeding the plant, and feeding the soil.. So it depends on what medium you are in and your objective.

No worries. Im not familiar with that product so I did a little reading on their website. I think I'm more confused now, lol. The #2 says its compost based with enough nutrients to last 5 weeks or so. In the frequently asked questions section, it says none of their mixes contain organic matter.. Which I don't understand, because compost IS organic matter. If it were a regular organic soil, I'd suggested feeding the soil, with microbes and compost teas. That should get you to harvest... But the site makes it sound like this is a non organic mix with some sort of chemical slow release nutrient included. Slow release mixes are tough to judge. You don't know what nutrients are being released, and in what ratios or amounts. So adding more at any time can be tricky, and often times not needed. If you are at week 6, you may not need to add anything else. Just read the plant and let it tell you if and when to feed. It may not be necessary at all.
thank you for your reply,yes I get confused as well lol.what do you grow your plants in.mine are all greenhouse grown.so what is the best compost to grow in,its all so different to when I grew my first lot 40 years ago,so many things to buy online,I havent had a grow in 40 years,
