No prob!
I use 50% pot soil, 25% perlite and 25% vermiculite. I have tested it in a 6 L airpot and no clogging. Keep upmthengood work!

I have used them on a few runs now and like the results as it allows for bigger plants in smaller soil space, they dry out quicker also so makes overwatering less likely.

@TaNg shared this great tip when filling up a airpot with soil that makes a messy watering job easier, been a god send since i started using it ;)

Good advise from @TaNg !

As it is obvous that water may flow from the holes I place the pot in a tray and water very slovly, moving the water running from the pitcher is circles, starting at the base of the plant and moving outwards to the edged of the pot. Water running out of the holes goes back to the pot. The last run off I throw out.

Since I'm a beginner and a feeder - I love to feed people and plants - and have seen deficinesies, I water lightly but often, so I can add additives when I se a problem. What has surprised me is how much Mg2+ they require. They consume more than my 65 kg body. Also, to avoid nute burns, which was the first thing I managed to induce because of my love for feeding everyone and everything I care for. I made both my wife and the dogs obese. Regsrding mynself, I under ear.
I really have to restrain my self from overfeeding my plants.

What's mg2+ is that magnesium will I be able to use cal mag or should I use something else ?

I followed the advise from TaNg, forming the soil surface in air pots a little concave. It works so good!
