Little red ants crawling around in my pots. I seen a few crawling on the plants and one was even on the buds.. I sprayed all that I saw down with organic pest spray and put the pots on crates, then sprinkled cinnamon powder on the edges. I'm assuming there's still some ants in the soil, could these small red/black ants hurt my grow?

Where did your soil come from?
A few ants roaming around is nothing to worry over.

Where I am from fire ants are common.. Especially in a rural area like mine. I'm just wondering if they start a colony - would be harmful to the plant?

I don't think it would hurt it , but if you are watering/feeding it thoroughly, they should not really want to stay.
