New Grower First auto, First grow. i Think its going good?

Quick Update

got the plants in the small cups transplanted today into there final pots. i would say it was a pretty stress free transplant.

considering this was my first transplant-ish ever it went pretty smooth.
i placed a cup in the main pot before adding the medium, so i was left with the perfect shape for the plant to fit in. then it was just a matter of carefully cutting the bottom of the cup and then a slice down the side. and the plant slid straight out into place.

is this a good way to do it? or are there better ways?

I think i am going to keep the twins together and not separate them. even though i know it will affect the size and yield of the plant. i just don't have the space for another pot. since i already have 9 plants growing. plus i think it will be sweet to see what happens.

other than that, everything is going pretty smooth so far (touch wood) and the plants appear to be doing good.
but still waiting for my tent to arrive........

p.s should i carry on putting the pictures in the post? (i think better quality) or add them as an attachment?

thanks,

New tent arrived!

So the new tent finally arrived after much anticipation!

it went together stress free and had it up in around 10 mins. and it fits great in its space. I also go the extraction fan fitted and all piped in. so now I'm getting a steady temperature of 29 degrees and 45% RH (lights on) which is nice.

Everything fits good in the 60x60x140cm tent. but i will say the pots are in there pretty snug. so I'm not sure if all the plants are going to fit once they have grown, we will have to see......

As for the plants, most (except 2) are looking healthy and starting to really grow now that more sets of leaves are emerging.

so for the ones that i planted on the 8th of December, im going to start feeding them with-in the next couple of days. staring of with a 25% dilutions (veg nutrients/ Ph water) see how they like it, and slowly move on up from there.

i do have a couple questions:

As i mentioned above i do have two plants that are looking a little ill i think?

plant 1: the leaves look like they have shrivelled up a little? the plants has been watered with Ph 6.8 water, no nutes. and undergone the same routine as the other plants.

Plant 2: as you can see from the pictures, the colour of the plant is a little different to all the others. it has some light green bits and some dark green bits. could it just be the strain?

I'm no sure if i am just being over protective or if it would be something to worry about?
so thank in advance for any input you may have. it will be much appreciated.

finally, here are some pics of the new set up and some plants.

+1

I haven't seen this transplant method before. After seeing it now. It's probably something I'll continue using for the rest of my life.

You should follow this journal I have a sense you will learn many new things from this grower

The transplant trick? i don't want to claim the idea for myself, since I'm sure someone has already thought of it before.

But to be honest i just thought it would be the easiest and least least stressful way to get the seedling into its new pot. instead of digging around and possibly damaging the routes therefore stunting its growth.

thanks

I have a suggestion concerning your grow tent getting a bit crowded, you might try laying it on its side and lst your ladies, giving you both adequate height and space..I like the transplant method?..think I will give it a go myself,I usually germ directly in the final pot.

Wow nice job and the tent looks great!!
That is exactly how I did my first and only transplant and the plants I did it to look great and are doing well!
Love watching your babies grow keep the pictures coming. I like them in the post, at least that's how I do it.
Peace.
