Thank you for stopping in Mossy. I appreciate you givin' it to me straight!

Cheers Bro..it would just be a waste of your lights.
Better getting some Fresh girls in...

Luckily I have a few more that I will start in a nute free mix. Are Jems fussy feeders? Thanks again

I wouldn't say they were fussy..I've seen some Beauts pulled off with massive feed schedules...
but seedlings...any seedlings don't do well in pre-ferted soil..it is too Strong for them.

I may be wrong..but if you Pull those little stunties you will have a tiny root on them..coz the surrounding soil was too hot for them to move out into and flourish......they were Burning.

Follow snipers tips and we will see some Stunners next batch in...:wiz:..you will See the difference in the growth pattern

if you don't plan on repoting or tiering add some extra dolomite lime too

:smokebuds:

Oh dear pher....Stunted sees stunted plants.
I would pull the five smallest and repot the other four, make sure the new stuff has no fertilizer in it....especially slow release stuff.
Then raise your light up a bit and just use plain PHed water for a while.

go straight promix and don't pack it down tight and they will take 1/4 tsp of seagrow round say 10 days after they shed the seed and open up

Thanks again Sniper. I am going to soak some later today.

Thank you for the advice Stunted! When I first saw that you had posted...I figured you were going to advise me on a creative way to destroy/kill/maim/massacre/abuse the lil stunted bastards! Lol.

Sorry Pher should have looked a bit closer... Didn't realize they were better off pulled... :smokebuds: *flourish Karma sent* for your next run!

HEHEHE, its hard to be creative with such small plants :D
All the best for the next lot of beans you pop, although I don't grow in soil I do know pre-ferted stuff is/can be way too hot for the little babies.

Stunted Plants
:smokebuds:

Well I didn't have the heart to kill the stunties. If I had others going, they would have died in a heartbeat! Lol. So they are still growing, slowly but surely.

This may be a silly question... but if I were to IBL with these, would it produce small, stunted, poor growing offspring??? I know that you want a strong healthy plant to breed with but would it be worth chucking some pollen so I at least get something out of them? Or total waste of time? So far I have 4 males out of the lot of 9.

I also dropped 4 more beans and they are in soil now. Hoping to see some green heads poking through by tomorrow. This time they are in party cups filled with straight ProMix (orange bail) with added perlite.

They got stunted because you didn't tier them sooner. Next time use 32oz or 44oz. or just go straight in the pot/bag. So I would think that you should be fine making beans with them. That doesn't necessarily mean you will have all stunted offspring... But, I don't know that to be fact. Just my thoughts...
