This will be my first grow, I am doing this so that I can attend MMI in phoenix this October. Im thinking of going with the Cali grow kits 150 watt deluxe hydro kit, and i am also looking at gorilla seeds high yielding auto flower strains. As i am super new to this type of grow, any help in the right direction would be appreciated, and I will be doing my own research here through-out the forum as well. I am looking for high yielding, fast growing strains that will help me earn enough to be able to move to AZ to attend MMI. I dont come from a rich family, and have no one to help me out when it comes to money. Currently, I am not working due to surgery on my right knee to remove a wicked infection, Im not sure how long I will be unable to work, so this is my best bet till I can get back on my feet. I am in no way trying to star in my own rap video, or become the new pot king pin of ohio. I just need a way out of here, and to Phoenix. Any suggestions would help, thanks.

Jrem welcome to AFN brother! Don't think you'll get much help here with dealing etc and cash crops as we mostly are a forum of med patients who only
grow for themselves, so personally quality has always been more of an Important factor for me vs yield. Talking of selling the goods is pretty much frowned upon, I suggest if you truly have a desire to Achieve something you will find a way to make it work... Many famous people started off with nothing (ie madonna went from Michigan To New York with only $35 I her pocket, a desire to make it and a hot body helped her to...

read some of the grow journals and smoke reports to get an idea what strains worked for people best etc... Personally IMHO if you want good smoke a HIGH YIELD you'll never go wrong with any of the Dutch passion autos... They have probably been some of my most highest yielding plants I grew... The auto

Ok, I wast trying to focus on the cash part but i guess i did lol. Right now I am fighting a staph infection in my knee, and they have me dependent on oxycodones and hydrocodones to alleviate some of the pain. I in no means want to be a drug dealer. I dont want to be strung out on these pills, I go for infusions every morning, and the only thing they give me for pain is pills, and i hate taking them. The past couple of months here heroin has taken a giant foot hold on everything in 3 counties, probably more. Since pot isnt legal in ohio yet, everything is opiates. I do apologize for coming off the wrong way.
Not to much, just trying o figure out how to utilize the search function better than i am cause right now i cant find anything im looking for lol. Don't think starting with hydro is a good idea. You should try soil/soiless first. Its apparently a lot easier for new growers like us. As for high yielding strains. I don't have any real experience as I just started my first grow a few weeks ago but I've done A LOT of reading and the 2 strains that I've seen yield big a large majority of the time is Nothern Lights x Big Bud and Think Different.
