Mephisto Genetics First Auto Grow

Received some Mephisto beans last week and plan on my first indoor auto grow. Decided on Megacrop for nutrients. Any recommendations for a good medium to go along with it? Have used OF and happy frog for outdoor photo runs in past. Any tips or anything is highly appreciated.

Awesome will grab a couple bags. Are 5 gal pots the norm for autos or are 3 gal sufficient?
