Take a bud, grind it up and roll the moist grind with dry tobacco. The spliff can be put somewhere with a good air circulation like in the end of the duct in a coffee filter.
It will dry so you can smoke it but may taste harsh. If the smoke is nice you can harvest, if the smoke is sketchy you can wait.

I can personally see a bunch of amber in those pics with my cell phone. That plant was done 30 days ago by the looks of it. Its only going to lose potency and flavor. Smelling like hay is a sign of excessive grow time and lack of terpenes is the result. Chop it and move on. Peace, slow
