New Grower First grow! A journey of learning and hope

Oh Shit! Here we go! I'm getting ready to buy one myself in .22. Didn't want a break-barrel due to eventual droop so was going with an under-lever, possibly with a nitro-piston upgrade. i've got a bit of the prepper mentality, but the one thing nobody thinks about is; What happens when all the powder ammo is gone? Hence, the air rifle and .22 ball lead molds!
Willie, what did you pay for that tuned QB, if you don't mind my asking?
Pop, how do you like the Hatsan? I've heard some good things about them.

I'm really liking the Hatsan. Well made very accurate and POWERFUL! stone stock it will push 32.5 grain pellets 1025 fps! Have shot some heavier 42 grain to 900+ benched, my son whose a better shot than I am, ( my old eyes...lol ) can group 5 in about 1"! QBs are cheap Chinese rifles, but don't let that fool you, they are excellent airguns! You can get then for $125 or so.

Phase Two of my grow begins!

I went intoi this first grow with a plan, something I'm not always good at...LOL! Today I put 6 Northern Lights regular seeds in a wet paper towel and slipped it into a zip lock. As before, I place the baggie into a folded bath towel to maintain even warmth. Its been about 3 weeks since i germed my White Widow Autos. The plan is to grow the NL until they are old enough to clone, then I'll do the forced clone thing to sex them. I have a cabinet that I'm going to flower one male in. hopefully I'll have a couple females. I'll then clone the females and keep the best plant for a mother and grow out any other I may have. Hopefully come spring, I'll have some clones to grow outside. If I have figured this right ( that's questionable lol but we'll see ) my NL clones that will go into the large DWC res will be ready for flip right about when my WW are finished, and I can keep them in veg if not until the WW are done. Going to follow the same regimen for the NLs as I'm using for the WW. 18gal.res, using General Hydroponics Maxi Grow. I may however veg them under fluorescent lights as I want to keep heat issues to a minimum. May do some experimenting with a "Super Charged Fluorescent Grow Light By Overdriving" It uses cheap standard lights and if it fails I'm not really out much. Just don't have the cash for the fancy HO lights. Here's a link to how to build this :

These girls are growing like crazy! Got my fingers crossed that the whole grow goes this easy lol!


Also, one of my 6 Northern Lights regulars has sprouted! Getting ready to get them on their way!

Well you know how it is on the internet, people love to trash anything just for sport. Now mine aren't Royal Queen, Mine are from Spliff. But I've heard royal queen has a good rep. I'd try some of their seeds. I just got a good deal on these and I was at the end of my budget lol! But as you can see, I have no reason to complain! These girls are awesome. I'm getting excited to see how they finish. My next grow though I'm going to get some OG Kush and I'm going with the best, Humbolt!

Day 21

Vertical growth appears to have slowed almost to a stop, but that's like because side branching has begun! My girls are looking healthy and happy still!. No res change yet, will wait a few more days. Going to raise the nutes to 600 ppms. I bottled and stored a gallon of my last res change to feed to my house plants lol. Other than that, not much to tell other than what the pics say! Plan to start a little bondage soon...lol!
