I can only help you with the "rate" issue, the rest will be determined by the plant. In soil, light feedings once a week (IF that). My preference is for organics like fish emulsion, that way I don't have to worry about "salts" building up. During veg, you need a fert higher in nitrogen with a ratio like 3-1-1 (ex 15-5-5, 12-4-7; N-P-K). Come flowering time your going to switch the nutes to a different mix with lower nitrogen (N) and higher phosphorous (P) and/or potassium (K) (5-10-5, 5-10-10, etc.).

She'll let you know if she's getting enough OR too much. Paling out (lighter green), slowing down, tip burn, there are several indicators. I would suggest reading up on general plant horticulture to see what different conditions look like for problems arising from over/under fertilizing, nutrient deficiency, disease, and over/under watering and what to expect to see in a healthy plant.

DO your homework if you want to succeed. Be patient. Don't over-think it.

If you don't know what to expect or what your seeing in your baby, then you're likely to lose her. Back in the day, before the net, we used to treat them like tomatoes when problems popped up. What worked for them, worked for weed. Couldn't just up and ask grandpa or grandma why your weed was wilting. LOL! These autos are new to me as well, so I'm also on the "learning curve" here.

Hey TX, i plan to feed it during week 5 or week 6 so by then i should be using the "Herb" rate ? So i stay at the "Herb" rate all the way ? How about the other questions ?

How long can i keep that mix ? And also can i use that some bottle that i used for feeding to water my plants with pure water (Rinsing the inside and then filling it with pure water) or should i have 2 bottles ?

Stay with feeding the whole length until 10-14 days before you plan on harvesting, then just water the plants with just plain water to let the plant suck up the rest of the nutes, so you don't get that harshy taste and smoke to it:High 5:not really sure how long you could keep that mix for. I make enough for the plants, and whatever else is left over, I water the house plants with it:coffee break:.. You can use the same bottle for both kinds of waterings. Hey guys i was wondering when should i do my next tie down ? Do i remove the current string or leave it there when i do the next tie down ? Also should i start my next tie down on the new node or on the bent tip that grow vertical already ? Thanks guys !

Looking good Kill. I see you went with the LST method. I'm no expert but I'm pretty sure you can do your next tie down whenever you feel its tall enough again to do so. I'm fairly certain you want to keep your current ties in place throughout the grow. I do.

Okay i will just leave the strings but for my next tie down i'm wondering which part should i pull down ? The next higher node or still at the same area where i had my first tie down but to the side ?

Quick update - Okay guys so i have stopped LST and removed all the string because i felt like i started it in a rush and excitement that i kinda messed it up so i'm releasing her from it and letting her grow back up vertically.

personally, I would leave what LST has been done and just let it go from there if you want to discontinue.

I did what you did on a plant and its not going great.
