So should i tie it up again or just leave it ? And also it's like day 22 but i don't see any sex shown yet..

A picture would help. If you have already untied her and are skeptical about weather to do it again I say just leave it, let her do her thing. You can learn so much by just observing on your first grow . 
Alright cool, a picture will be up in 1-2 days time when i do my watering. I was wondering for LST is it a must for it to be a 90 degree bend or can it be like 45-60 ? Check out my LST picture and it shows that it wasn't 90 degree and also i removed the strings because they get in the way of the growing leafs, is it normal ?
Ok.. I just want to note that I advised against LSTing your first grow esp since you only have one plant. I agree with mallo that you will learn a ton by just watching and seeing how it grows naturally the first time. That being said, your LST looked perfect to me. I cant see what you have it tied to but you can pull the strings tighter as it grows to get it to 90 degrees. Its prob best to go slow with it anyway.
But now that you have untied it, I'm not sure what to tell you to do except probably to choose a method and stick to it. Tying and then untying is prob a bad idea. The plant sends its growing hormones to different parts of itself depending on where it "thinks" its top is. You might be confusing it by switching back and forth if a plant can be "confused".
Anyway, its prob best to leave it untied if it straightened back out fairly quickly and just let her grow naturally. But yes, a pic would help

But since i have already done it, it's a lesson to be learned 
I used a string to tie it down. It wasn't 90 degrees from the start and the next i wanted to pull it down more but the bent tip has grown vertically already so i was confused if i should tie the area that grew vertically down to 90 degree or should i just let it grow out and then i pull the new nodes to another side. And i'm pretty sure now the plant knows where it's top is at because the top is definitely higher than the rest and also there are so many leaves that the lower lights ain't getting much. Another thing is the plant's cotyledon has some brownish/black at the tip and i think it's dying off but i think it's normal right ? I know pictures is a must for this, will be up soon !

I used the tuck method on first grow and lst on second, the amount you learn on your first grow is amazing...

you should see some white pistils any day now. Is this a feminized auto?
Yes it is a feminized Auto Diesel Berry from Auto Seeds. Day 23 but still no signs of sex and also my plant is still slanted from that lst and also the stem at the bottom doesn't seem all greenish(normal?) and the cotyledon seems to be dying off(normal?). I'm not sure if there are some yellowing at the tips of my lower leaves (might be the light) but i will be taking a picture later on when my light shuts off. I just watered my plants and i was pondering whether i should lst since i only have 2 CFL lights at the top and i'm afraid it might not penetrate the lower leaves. Check out my report later and give your opinions and advices. Thanks

Day 23 Report
Comparing the photos from my previous report to this latest report has shown tremendous growth.
I'm able to see the roots at the bottom of the pot already so i'm guessing it's a good sign for day 23 ?
As you can see, the plant is still bend from the previous LST but i guess it is starting to grow back up to the light but then the lower leafs don't really get any lights, continue LST or not ?
Does the bottom stems look okay?
The cotyledon looks like it's dying off, i read that it's normal right?
By now the plant should be showing it's preflowers but then i don't see any.
When i bought this female auto seed (Auto Diesel Berry) it says 65-75 days from seed to harvest and i know it will go longer than that but maybe my plant might be slower because i started on the window/balcony and then moved it indoor. It seems really small but maybe that's because of the LST ? I'm also gonna wait till week 5-6 then i will start on my blooming nutes and i will just water it for now.
Check it out guys and please give your opinion and advices.
