I'm not the most experienced person ever on this, but I wouldn't advise transplanting at this stage for fear of stunting growth. For 22 days your plants look to be doing just fine. They may not be huge but you have to take into consideration the fact that you used smaller pots. I would continue the grow and just use bigger pots next time.

Plants are looking fine c.doc different strains grow at different rates, she may shoot up in a burst or remain small either way she is getting what she needs from the roots or she would be dead

Vertical growth has completely stopped and she is in full flower. I'm loving the look of the buds.

I typically wait the bucket is light and I can stick my middle finger in the soil without feeling moisture. At this stage, that's typically every 3-4 days.
