The blue spectrum(*veg light) wont disappear if u put the bloom light "on" the same time.
I would recommend you to keep the veg and bloom switch "on" the whole grow. Its just a different spectrum that helps the flowers grow better. It doesnt make any harm if u keep it switched "on" all the time. Actually it gives you way lot more light. IMO switch it now on.

This is right before feeding 1.5L 3ml each Sensi grow Ph perfect A +B
There was no run off this time
Even with 1.5L
I measured the Ppm and it was at 550 ppm
Note : I tried to switch both bloom and veg lights at the same time in a matter of 5min my temps where 33c
So switch back just to veg

Don't understand how you're getting those high temps, I've 1000w full spectrum led and I'm getting temps on average 23°c , I run 20/4 light schedule fan always on , no air escaping from the carbon filter and good fresh air circulation my tent is small 70x70x160cm and I'm having no problems YET , maybe you have a broken fan inside the led I've heard this is common
If you are getting too high temps you should just move the led a little bit higher or just simply increase the airflow in the growing room like another fan or something. and some strains are able to handle more than plus 30 celsius.
My led is at max height and I will purchase an extra fan

Time for some cal-mag if you have some, the spots are calcium deficiency and you can get new twisted growth with magnesium deficiency.Day 26
