Quick question, when should I start the BioBizz Root Juice?

Three seeds went in soil to germ on Friday. Soil is kept moist and at a constant 78 degrees by heating pad and thermostat, lights are off in the tent. I figured that they germ naturally in soil, so why not go for it. Now I'm thinking I should of went with the paper towel or glass of water method. My only reason for saying that is that I can't see a damn thing, now I'm just waiting. I imagine this would be what it feels like to be anxiously awaiting the birth of a child.

So, I've had a good morning so far, two of my girls rose out of the soil today, and the price of gas went down as I was pumping. Still waiting on the third one to show herself. Here are a couple pictures I snapped real quick. Any advice on distance for the light? I just turned it on for the first time over them, and I only have the veg lights on, if they do well with them, I'm going to turn the flowering ones on as well.

My girls this past Monday night, roughly three weeks since breaking ground. Took these in natural light as I was watering them. I'll have to get some more pictures, they have really filled out since these, and that was less than a week ago. My one girl (third and fourth picture) decided to grow sideways a little, I was thinking about correcting her, but as of this morning her main stem has gotten much thicker and she's riding it out the way she wants.
