New Grower First Grow - Dinafem White Widow Auto

Got a new light for my birthday (this coming up Monday). It's a Pro-grow 50 from hydroponics hut http://hydroponicshut.com/bi-spectrum-plasma-induction-grow-lights.html. It's a plasma light, supposedly a complete spectrum (more than any other light). It's supposedly the closest resemblance to the actual sun, since the sun is made out of plasma. I have big dreams I suppose, but I was thinking that six pro-grow 180's (960 watt draw) from the ceiling and a total of four plasma's (180 watt draw), one on each side of the tent for side lighting, would be pretty sweet. Is there such a thing as too much light? Thinking about a continuous harvest. So if an autoflower takes roughly 80 days max, if I wanted to harvest one a week, that would be like 11 plants. Not sure I can fit 11 plants in a 4x4x6 tent. Opinions?

I was watering the plants, but it seems my duct fan has blown a motor. Time to smoke a blunt and figure out a solution while I wait for a new fan.

Day 66

Got the oscilating fan stationary and blowing through the vent for now. I'm going to order a Sunleaves Windtunnel inline fan on Monday.

:hump: Dude, Very very nice indeed, ours look very similar the way they are frosting up! Im getting awesome feedback from these veterans here on AFN - Just let em go all the way they will ripen up awesome. Fantastic work

About the fan - I bet you are gunna love the sunleaves windtunnel! I kinda wish I had gotten that one, the hydrofarm 4" is a tad noisy - Let me know how the fan works out. Did ya grab a carbon filter and ducting for her?

Blackbriar

Don't have the dough for the filter at the moment. Going to grab some ducting for her from lowes or home depot when she gets here.

What's the height if these lady's? I ask as I was gifted some beans by a hell of a character, great guy, and well getting ready pop them.

As for your question, you got a scope or a magnifying glass? The trich's will tell you when ready. Alot depends on the high or power of meds needed. I hate saying high. Anyways, Clear are a head high, for me usually a head ache accompanied high.
Cloudy is still a head high, less head ache prone high.
Milky/amber nearing my style high
50-50, this is all approx., but when the trich starts appearing nearly half cloudy and half amber, you get the most of the meds IMHO. It as well with the strain you grew more likely to leave you couch bound a bit
Anything past 50-50 people claim, and some research as well, says it has over ran its course and degradation of thc begins.

As your plants look green yet, I would recommend a flush and get them ready for pull in a week or two, without seeing the trich's. Add in some black strap molasses and some Epsom salt.

If you have a radio shack near you can get a scope for next to nothing. A very important tool during a grow and harvesting. it looks like this

Sorry for the 420 post if I did wrong, I looked everywhere and only picture could find.

Nice grow btw.

I just got a 420 scope actually, I'm going to check them out, hopefully tonight, but probably tomorrow morning. The plants are between 2 and 3 feet tall. I'm going for the 50-50.
