How far should my 270w full spec led be from my 1.5 wk old plants? Currently hanging @ 30 inches

Personally i'd go for the tap water but leave it out (bottle lid open) for 24 hours for the chlorine to evaporate.
That sounds about right.
I would personally let the plant grow to within 10 inches of the light from here and then raise the light as the plant grows keeping a 10 inch distance as long as you can.

I rcvd my calmag today. Mixed 1 tsp in a gallon of my distilled water and fed about 1/3 gallon. I also gave about 1.5 sprays over the leaves. Hopefully this helps and doesn't make things worse. Is there anything I need to be on the look out for after giving calmag? Thanks again for your help oldster!
Cal/mag seemed to have helped a bit as her growth has been excellent in 14 days. Stinky already too! Had to flush my hijack auto due to the ppms being to high (1200-1300) for a 5 day old seedling is a bit rough. She's down to 600ish now and recovering. Thanks for all the advice!
I feel like she's growing more out than up. My light is at 24". Should I raise it??? She looks pretty beastly for 2 wks.

Will do Chester, thanks. Not sure if you noticed in the pics, but I ended up taking some landscaping sheers and cut about 4" off the lip of the pot.
